Had a phone call last night from a friend who works at the shire, a while ago, the staff were told not to read the blogs, which is like asking a child not to eat candy, anyway, the Sonny and Cher video has gone down a storm with the staff. I'm sure you-know-who, is not one of them.
The Shire can only instruct their employees not to access the blogs on Shire computers or on private phones during working hours. They (Human Resources Manager/A/DCEO) cannot stop employees from accessing the blogs in their private time.
If a certain you-know-who is giving orders about restrictions on viewing the blogs, that person may have inherited the 'dictator' bug from you-know-who.
