  1. What a cock-up! This is what happens when you put ego driven fools in charge.

Can someone explain how the Vendor can sign on behalf of the Shire of York?

  2. The agent was desperate to see the deal go through because it was worth 25K, I would love to know more about the "fault" the Shire was "responsible" for?

  3. Did the Estate Agent or Bliss's sign the document on behalf of the Shire of York?

How can we find out who is 'responsible' for the 'fault'?
What a circus. How much did the legal letter cost Ratepayers?
Is it any wonder ratepayers are angry about this deal. This is what happens when Local Government is NOT open and accountable. It is time the secrecy and behind closed doors deals stopped - York has had enough.

We only have two councillors fighting for the truth - Cr. Saint and Cr. Walters.

  4. For those who've not already discovered the "MyCouncil" website, here's a couple of topical links.

    For York: http://www.mycouncil.wa.gov.au/council/viewcouncil/144
    For Northam: http://www.mycouncil.wa.gov.au/Council/ViewCouncil/157

    1. OMG yes I see what you mean, when you compare staff costs, York is disproportionately higher than Northam, Toodjay and Beverley, As far as rates, don't even go there. We're being ripped off.
Thanks for the link Sir Buh, will have much fun going though and comparing good against bad.
